The river is an amazing source of sustenance, inspiration, fun, beauty, commerce, abundance, habitat, reflection, peace, and adventure. Our rivers are an integral part of our sense of place. I love the image, and it gives me a lofty goal to provide a fresh, diverse, and rich resource for people finding their sense of place.

I can’t list out all the instances for contacting me, but I can guarantee that I will let you know when I’m not the right resource for you, and I’ll do what I can to redirect to a better option. Do you only help people buy and sell “green” homes and properties?


No. I work with people with varying degrees of interest in green building. I work with a lot of buyers who are looking for an older home in one of Portland’s great inner neighborhoods. Many have intentions of making green improvements, so I offer a free customized consultation, help connect them with resources, and help identify qualified professionals to help them achieve their goals.
I work with people who don’t have any interest in green building. Some clients come through referrals looking for quality, exclusive representation.
