Clinton Vintage

3219 SE 22nd Ave., Portland, OR 97202 (front photo)
FOR SALE: 3219 SE 22nd Ave., Portland, OR 97202, listed @ $244,900

As a well-proportioned 1924 bungalow, this home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a remodeled kitchen with a breakfast nook, a dining room with window seat and wall of built-ins, a spacious living room with fireplace and built-ins, and original hardware, fixtures, and mouldings throughout. Pull a chair out on your porch to meet the neighbors, or spread out on the deck for a summer BBQ, or just head to the year-round farmer’s market and stroll back around the corner with some of the freshest local foods. WalkScore gives this location an 86, which is great, but it doesn’t account for the quality of nearby amenities: New Seasons & People’s Food Co-op, Vindahlo & Nuestra Cocina, Savoy & Broder, SubRosa & the Press Club, little t american baker & Tart, the Alladin & the Clinton St. Theater. The list goes on.

This is a well-loved home. I’d be happy to schedule a tour or answer any questions about this property. Feel free to contact me for further information or to schedule a visit.

Thank you, Portland. (my short list of gratitude)

Abundant Harvest, Abundant Thanks!
Abundant Harvest, Abundant Thanks!
  • an amazing wealth of local farmers
  • the inspired co-ops, like  People’s, Food Front, and the Alberta Co-op
  • the farmers markets to create wonderful meeting places to mingle with my neighbors and buy ultra fresh produce
  • the ever-expanding map of bike lanes and dedicated paths for cycling
  • the Urban Growth Boundary
  • the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability
  • the local “guild” of permaculturists, an informal association of people who have inspired me and continually teach me so much
  • Fresh, clean  water of Bull Run Watershed (Ironic timing for this post)
  • the Willamette and Columbia Rivers and the various creeks that feed into them
  • our proximity to mountains and ocean–the undeniable beauty that lures so many to the great Northwest
  • These aren’t listed in any particular order, and it could go on to touch on other parts of life here in Portland, but this is a good start. It’s a good reminder of some of the wonderful things that contribute to Portland as an amazing place to call home–all resources I am happy to share with clients and people relocating to Portland. It’s an easy town to brag about. This is just scratching the surface of what I love here.
